At Sunlight Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a freight pickup for oversized vanity units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
